About the role

To succeed in the role, we hope you:

• Have several years of solid in-house recruiting experience, preferably in IT sector
• Are familiar with latest recruitment trends, social media tools and active sourcing methods
• Call yourself a winning personality who loves communicating confidently and to the point in German and English
• Are a born networker, enjoy working with a wide variety of people and use your empathetic nature to inspire new talents to join us
• Bring in your ideas and initiatives for recruitment

You will be involved in:

• Managing the full recruiting life cycle from active sourcing to the completion of the probationary period
• Working closely with the hiring manager and providing guidance on the recruitment process
• Being responsible for the onboarding process of new joiners
• The participation and organization of young talent programs / career and job fairs
• Daily administrative tasks
